Eye-Opener

Recommended Glass: Whiskey sour glass
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Light rum
1/2 oz Triple sec
2 tsp Pernod
1 tsp white Creme de Cacao
1 Egg yolk
1 tsp superfine Sugar
Instructions: In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a sour glass.
